1 .From a standing position move Right to the SALUTE or "BOW" position (12:00).
Hold about (1) second and return to standing position. |
2.From the standing position Swing the Right LEG CLOCKWISE as slowly and as HIGH as is
comfortably possible bringing the Right FOOT down slowly to a Right HORSE STANCE (3:00).
(Note: Hold each stance about 5 seconds.) |
3.From the Right HORSE STANCE swing the Left LEG COUNTER CLOCKWISE as slowly and as HIGH
as is comfortably possible bringing the Left FOOT down slowly to a Left HORSE STANCE
(9:00). |
4.From the Left HORSE STANCE shift to the Right BOW & ARROW STANCE (3:00) by bending
the Right KNEE and straitening the Left KNEE. |
5.Form the Right BOW & ARROW STANCE move the Right FOOT back and Behind the Left FOOT
to the Right HOOK STANCE. |
6.From the Right HOOK STANCE put the Right FOOT FLAT on the floor, raising the Left FOOT
to the Left CRANE STANCE. |
7.From the LEFT CRANE STANCE step toward 12:00 with the Left FOOT to the Right BACK BOW
& ARROW STANCE (6:00). |
8.From the Right BACK BOW & ARROW STANCE squat to the Left HALF SPLIT STANCE (12:00) |
9.Form the Left HALF SPLIT STANCE step toward (12:00) with the Right FOOT to the Right
FORWARD STANCE. |
10.From the Right FORWARD STANCE move the Left FOOT to the Left CAT STANCE (9:00). |
11.Form the Left CAT STANCE move the Left FOOT toward (6:00) to the Right BACK STANCE
(12:00). |
12.Form the Right BACK STANCE shift to the Right TIGER STANCE (12:00) (Note the
ALIGNMENT of the BACK with REAR LEG) 13.From the Right TIGER STANCE turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE
on the Right FOOT to a standing position facing 6:00. |
